This is our second holiday season to offer this delicious chai, created for the holiday season. An excellent Assam base with cinnamon, clove, orange peel, star anise, ginger, cardamom, pink pepper, nutmeg, safflower petals and natural flavoring. Pairs well with all those holiday treats or as its own holiday treat.
Directions for Chai Latte:
In a small sause pan bring 6 ounces of water to a boil. Add 2-3 tsp of Yule Tide Chai.
Simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Add 6 ounces of whole milk and 2 tsp of sugar and stir slowly and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover the pan and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Pour through a strainer, giving the Chai a quick stir and enjoy.
